The heated swimming pool and spa & wellness center, featuring a delightful Turkish bath, provided the perfect oasis after a day on the slopes. I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff, who made the check-in process effortless and always greeted us with warmth. Dining was a highlight, with an extensive buffet offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The staff demonstrated remarkable dedication, ensuring our every need was met throughout our meals. the proximity to the Bursa cable-cars station facilitated easy access to thrilling snow activities. In summary, this hotel truly encapsulated my desires for comfort, service, and accessibility, solidifying my satisfaction with an unforgettable experience.
